Ponzi scheme Leader Release On Bail

Over a month behind bars, 80 plus fraud charges, and around 30 million dollars in bail ACF’s principals Yuri Dominguez and his wife Ateeka Ishmael are out of jail. The state through the AG applied severe pressure to ensure the couple languished behind bars on the assumption that they were a flight risk. Today the couple posted 4 million dollars on more charges and was released from custody at the Vigilance court. Dominguez through his lawyers fought for weeks to be released even moving to the High court but was denied. Efforts were made to get a comment from Dominguez who said that through his lawyer's investors will be briefed on the way forward.
