Police Caught a man With an unlicensed firearm and live rounds.

Police rank on regular patrol on Coldingen Public Road, ECD, around 20:30h on 9 September 2020 noticed a man matching the description of a wanted suspect and acting in a suspicious manner. Upon further investigation, the police stop and search the said suspect where a .38 revolver with matching rounds was discovered in the pants waist of a 21 years old man.

according to the press release by the Guyana police force the suspect was caution and place in the lock-up where he will be appearing in court to answer to firearm-related charges.
